Target Information

Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for human immunoglobulins. They are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of the specified target.
Secondary antibodies enable the use of multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and provide greater sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
These antibodies are typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and may be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to achieve high specificity.
