MA3-926 항체는 human, canine, rabbit, mouse, guinea pig, rat의 신장 및 심장 조직에서 sodium/calcium exchanger를 검출합니다.
Western blot, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation에서 성공적으로 사용되었습니다.
- Western blot에서 guinea pig cardiac extract의 120 kDa 단백질을 검출하며, 70 kDa와 160 kDa 밴드는 각각 proteolytic fragment와 비환원 형태의 exchanger를 나타냅니다.
- Rat 조직의 Western blot에는 권장되지 않습니다.
- Rat 심장 조직의 면역조직화학 염색 시 plasma membrane과 cardiac T-tubular membrane에서 강한 염색이 관찰됩니다.
항원은 정제된 canine cardiac sodium/calcium exchanger이며, 이 항체는 plasma membrane의 세포내측 371–525 아미노산 영역의 epitope을 인식합니다.
