RalA는 다양한 세포 과정(유전자 발현, 세포 이동, 증식, 종양 변환, 막 수송 등)에 관여하는 다기능 GTPase입니다.
GTP 의존적 소포 분비의 GTP 센서로 작용하며, 세포질 분열 초기 단계에서 엑소시스트 복합체를 세포질 분열 고랑에 결합시키는 데 필요합니다.
RalA-엑소시스트 복합체는 인테그린 의존적 막 뗏목 외배출과 성장 신호를 조절합니다.
또한 LPAR1 신호 조절의 핵심 인자로, GRK2와 LPAR1 결합 경쟁을 통해 수용체의 신호 특성에 영향을 미칩니다.
변형된 세포의 부착 독립적 증식에 필수적입니다.
