Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human BTC is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method.

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the EGF family of growth factors. It is synthesized primarily as a transmembrane precursor, which is processed into a mature molecule by proteolytic events. This protein acts as a ligand for the EGF receptor.
