Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human LT beta R is observed.
- Less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse 4-1BB, CD27, OPG, RANK, CD30, CD40, human DR6, mouse TNF RI/RII, EDAR, Fas, and GITR.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS before use.
Target Information
The LTBR (Lymphotoxin Beta Receptor) protein is a member of the TNF receptor family.
It is expressed on most cell types including epithelial and myeloid cells, but not on T or B lymphocytes.
LTBR specifically binds the membrane form of lymphotoxin (LTα/LTβ complex) and plays a key role in the development and organization of lymphoid tissues and transformed cells.
Activation of LTBR can trigger apoptosis.
