Antibody detects endogenous levels of total RALBP1.
Target Information
RALBP1 can specifically activate hydrolysis of GTP bound to RAC1 and CDC42, but not RALA. It mediates ATP-dependent transport of S-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)-glutathione (DNP-SG) and doxorubicin (DOX), serving as a major transporter of glutathione conjugates and DOX in erythrocytes. Functions as a scaffold protein that organizes endocytotic complexes and interacts with CDC2 to regulate endocytosis. One of its substrates is EPN1/Epsin.
