Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The CDC45 protein is homologous to Saccharomyces cerevisiae Cdc45, essential for initiation of DNA replication. It forms part of a conserved multiprotein complex including Cdc6/Cdc18, MCM proteins, and DNA polymerase, crucial for early DNA replication steps in eukaryotes. CDC45 interacts with MCM7 and DNA polymerase α, facilitating loading of polymerase onto chromatin. Multiple polyadenylation sites are reported for this gene.
