Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning the specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Then, individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
Lymphotactin (XCL1) is a member of the C-chemokine family that acts as a chemoattractant for lymphocytes, but not monocytes or neutrophils, suggesting an important regulatory role in lymphocyte trafficking and inflammation.
It signals through the chemokine XC receptor 1 (XCR1) and is detected at the highest level in the spleen, with lower levels in the lungs, small intestine, and colon.
XCL1 is abundantly and selectively expressed by activated T cells, particularly CD8+ T cells, and is also produced by NK cells.
