Target Information
TLE1 acts as a transcriptional corepressor binding to various transcription factors.
It inhibits NF-kappa-B-regulated gene expression and transcriptional activation mediated by FOXA2, CTNNB1, and TCF family members in Wnt signaling.
Full-length TLE family members may interact with dominant-negative AES, modulating their effects.
TLE1 also shows unusual coactivator function for ESRRG.
