Target Information
Calcineurin은 T-cell receptor 매개 신호전달 경로에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. 이 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 활성화된 Calcineurin 형태에 특이적으로 결합하여 Calcineurin 매개 신호전달을 억제합니다. 해당 단백질은 핵 내에 존재하며 leucine zipper domain과 여러 PEST motif를 포함하여 단백질의 표적 분해를 유도합니다. 대체 스플라이싱으로 인해 두 가지 다른 isoform을 암호화하는 여러 전사 변이체가 생성됩니다.
