1:1,000 희석 농도의 MA5-45900은 정제된 Pseudomonas aeruginosa Metallothionein (PmtA)-GST fusion protein 1 µg에서 ECL 면역블롯 분석 시 검출에 충분합니다.
Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP를 2차 항체로 사용하였으며, 36 kDa band를 검출합니다.
Target Information
Metallothioneins (MTs)는 낮은 분자량의 중금속 결합 단백질로, 높은 시스테인 함량과 방향족 아미노산의 결여가 특징입니다.
각 단백질 분자는 7~12개의 중금속 원자를 결합하며, 동물, 식물, 원핵생물 모두에서 발견됩니다.
포유류에서 시스테인 잔기는 완전히 보존되어 있으며, mercaptide 결합을 통해 아연, 카드뮴, 구리 등의 금속 원자를 조정합니다.
