Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human MCAM, NCAM-L1, and BCAM is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
TROP2 is a carcinoma-associated antigen defined by the monoclonal antibody GA733. This antigen belongs to a family of type I membrane proteins and functions as a cell surface receptor that transduces intracellular calcium signals. Mutations in the TROP2 gene can cause gelatinous drop-like corneal dystrophy, an autosomal recessive disorder characterized by severe corneal amyloidosis leading to blindness.
