- In direct ELISA and Western blots, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human VCAM-1 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

VCAM-1 is a cell surface sialoglycoprotein expressed by cytokine-activated endothelium. It regulates leukocyte migration, leukocyte-endothelial adhesion, and signal transduction, and may play a role in inflammatory diseases.
