Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant human VEGF165 and VEGF121 is observed.
- Less than 2% cross-reactivity with VEGF-B, VEGF-C, VEGF-D (human and mouse) is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level: <0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).
