Target Information
LAMP2 (Lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 2, CD107b)는 막당단백질 패밀리에 속하며, 선택틴(selectin)에 탄수화물 리간드를 제공하고 종양세포 전이, 리소좀의 보호 및 유지, 부착에 관여합니다.
비번역 후 수정 전 LAMP2는 약 46 kDa 폴리펩타이드이며, 성숙한 형태는 다양한 N- 및 O-결합 당사슬로 광범위하게 당화되어 총 분자량이 약 100–130 kDa입니다.
LAMP2는 큰 아미노 말단 리소좀 내 도메인, 소수성 막관통 도메인, 짧은 카르복실 말단 세포질 꼬리로 구성되어 있습니다.
이 단백질은 chaperone-mediated autophagy의 지표로 사용되며, LAMP-2A, -2B, -2C의 세 가지 변이형이 존재합니다.
LAMP2는 CD107a/LAMP1과 함께 리소좀 막의 주요 구성 요소로, 리소좀 생합성 및 파고좀과의 융합에 필수적입니다.
LAMP2 결핍은 여러 조직에서 자가포식소체 축적을 유발하여 Danon’s disease로 알려진 심근병증 및 근병증을 초래합니다.
