Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
IP-10 (interferon-gamma induced protein 10 kDa; in mouse, also known as cytokine responsive gene 2, Crg-2, or mob-1) belongs to the CXC chemokine superfamily and was first cloned in 1985.
Although its biological functions are not fully defined, IP-10:
- Stimulates monocyte, NK, and T-cell migration
- Regulates T-cell and bone marrow progenitor maturation
- Modulates adhesion molecule expression
- Inhibits angiogenesis
Mig and IP-10 share the same receptor, CXCR3.
