Target Information

ROR2 (receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 2)는 세포막 수용체 ROR 아형에 속하는 Type I transmembrane 단백질입니다. 연골세포 및 성장판 발달 초기 형성에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 배아 발생 초기에 높은 수준으로 발현되며, 이후 성체 조직에서는 낮은 수준으로 유지됩니다.

ROR2 유전자 결함은 Brachydactyly type B1 (BDB1) 및 Robinow syndrome (RRS) 의 원인으로 알려져 있습니다.

  • BDB1: 말단 지골과 손톱의 저형성/무형성, 손가락 및 발가락의 변형을 특징으로 하는 상염색체 우성 골격 질환
  • RRS: 사지 단축, 척추 분절 결함, 안면 기형 등을 특징으로 하는 상염색체 열성 질환

이 단백질은 다음과 같은 도메인을 포함합니다:

  • 1 Frizzled (FZ) domain
  • 1 Immunoglobulin-like C2-type domain
  • 1 Kringle domain
