Product Specific Information
- Reconstitute in 100 µL of sterile water.

- The antigen is homologous in many species including rat, mouse, zebrafish, xenopus, and chicken.
- Specificity: Erk1 and Erk2.
Target Information
ERK1 and ERK2 are widely expressed and play key roles in regulating meiosis, mitosis, and postmitotic functions in differentiated cells. They are activated by various stimuli such as growth factors, cytokines, viral infection, GPCR ligands, and transforming agents.
Upon activation, ERK1/2 phosphorylates cytoplasmic targets or translocates to the nucleus to activate transcription factors including c-Fos and Elk-1.
