The T3.70 monoclonal antibody reacts with the transgenic αβ TCR that recognizes the male antigen H-Y in the context of H-2D^b.
A large fraction of T cells in H-Y TCR transgenic mice express this receptor.
These mice are widely used to study T cell development and the role of thymic MHC in CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T cell differentiation.

Applications Tested: Tested on CD11.3 line derived from thymic tumor of H-Y TCR transgenic mice, expressing H-Y TCR.
Recommended usage ≤ 0.125 µg/test (100 µL final volume; 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test).
Careful titration is recommended for optimal assay performance.
