Bovine serum antibody is an IgG fraction purified from polyspecific antiserum through delipidation, salt fractionation, ion-exchange chromatography, and extensive dialysis.
Immunoelectrophoresis shows a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum and anti-Peroxidase, and multiple arcs against Bovine Serum.
Target Information
Serum proteins are those remaining in plasma after coagulation, during which fibrinogen converts to fibrin and remains in the clot.
Anti-Bovine serum antibody is suitable for research in cell signaling, cellular biology, and signal transduction.
