Target Information
RBBP9 단백질은 retinoblastoma와 상호작용하여 E2F-1을 치환함으로써 TGF-beta1의 성장 억제 효과에 대한 저항성을 부여할 수 있습니다.
이 유전자는 세포 증식 및 분화 조절에 관여하는 retinoblastoma 결합 단백질을 암호화하며, 동일한 단백질 산물을 갖는 두 개의 전사 변이체가 보고되었습니다.
그 중 하나는 nonsense-mediated decay 후보로 알려져 있습니다.
