This AF3-12.1.3 monoclonal antibody reacts with the H-2Kk MHC class I alloantigen, which is involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8. Reactivity to other haplotypes (e.g., b, f, j, k, p, q, r, s, u, and v) has not been observed.
Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes. Recommended use ≤ 0.125 µg per test (100 µL final volume). Cell number may range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. Antibody should be titrated for optimal performance.
Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
