For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) is a glycoprotein hormone composed of a common alpha subunit and a hormone-specific beta subunit. It is secreted by gonadotropic cells in the pituitary gland and, together with luteinizing hormone, stimulates egg and sperm production. Alternative splicing results in two transcript variants encoding the same protein.
