Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Ribosomes are organelles responsible for protein synthesis, consisting of a small 40S subunit and a large 60S subunit. These subunits are composed of 4 RNA species and about 80 distinct proteins.
The DYNC1LI1 gene encodes a ribosomal protein component of the 40S subunit, belonging to the S12E family, and is located in the cytoplasm.
Increased expression of this gene has been observed in colorectal cancers compared to normal colonic mucosa.
Multiple processed pseudogenes of this gene are dispersed throughout the genome.
