For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) belongs to the glycoprotein hormone family, which includes hormones composed of a common alpha subunit and a unique beta subunit. FSH is secreted by gonadotropic cells in the pituitary gland and, together with luteinizing hormone (LH), regulates egg and sperm production. Alternative splicing results in two transcript variants encoding the same protein.
