Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) belongs to the glycoprotein hormone family, consisting of a common alpha subunit and a hormone-specific beta subunit.
FSH is secreted by gonadotropic cells in the pituitary gland and, together with luteinizing hormone, regulates egg and sperm production.
Alternative splicing produces two transcript variants encoding the same protein.
