Product Specific Information

Specificity: 본 항체는 마우스 CCRL2 (L-CCR)에 특이적으로 반응하며, mast cell, 활성화된 macrophage 및 endothelial cell에서 발현됩니다. CCRL2는 leukocyte chemoattractant chemerin을 결합하지만 GPCR 신호를 유도하지 않아 염증 부위에서 chemerin을 국소적으로 농축시키는 역할을 합니다.
Preparation: Wistar Furth rat을 면역하여 제작된 항체로, NH₂-MDNYTVAPDDEYDVLILDDYLDNSC-COOH 서열(1–24 aa)을 이용하였으며 KLH에 결합된 비자연적 cysteine 잔기를 포함합니다.

Target Information

CCRL2 (C-C chemokine receptor-like 2)는 monocyte, neutrophil, dendritic cell에서 발현되는 7회 막관통 단백질입니다. 다른 C-C chemokine receptor와 40% 이상의 상동성을 가지지만 DRY motif가 없어 신호전달 및 리간드 결합 특성이 다릅니다. 이 계열 단백질은 G-단백질 결합 수용체로서 염증 부위로 T세포 및 식세포를 유도하는 역할을 합니다.
