Target Information
CD49b (Integrin alpha 2, Integrin alpha 2 chain, VLA-2 alpha chain, HM alpha 2)는 인테그린 패밀리에 속하는 당단백질로, 분자량은 약 150 kDa입니다. CD29 (Integrin beta 1)과 결합하여 이형이량체 복합체인 VLA-2 (Integrin α2β1, 또는 GPIa/IIa)를 형성합니다.
VLA-2는 라미닌, 콜라겐, 피브로넥틴 등의 세포외 리간드에 대한 수용체로 작용하며, 리간드 결합 시 세포 내 신호전달 경로를 활성화합니다. VEGF 유도 혈관신생, 세포 부착 및 림프구 활성화에 관여하는 것으로 보고되었습니다.
CD49b는 NK 세포, NK-T 세포, 단핵구, 혈소판, 상피세포뿐만 아니라 적응면역세포인 T 및 B 세포에서도 발현되며, 특히 비장 내 CD4+ T 세포 아형, 장내 상피 및 고유층 림프구, LAG-3를 공발현하는 CD4+ Tr1 세포에서 관찰됩니다.
