For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The protein encoded by the CSH1 gene is a member of the somatotropin/prolactin hormone family and plays a key role in growth control.
It is located at the growth hormone locus on chromosome 17, along with four other related genes in the same transcriptional orientation.
These genes share high sequence identity but are expressed in different tissues.
Alternative splicing generates additional isoforms, contributing to functional diversity.
CSH1 is mainly expressed in the placenta and uses multiple transcription initiation sites.
Mutations in this gene can lead to placental lactogen deficiency and Silver-Russell syndrome.
