Target Information
STAT6 단백질은 주로 사이토카인, 특히 IL-4 및 IL-13에 의해 활성화되는 전사 인자입니다. STAT6 결손 마우스(Stat6-/-)는 IL-4 매개 기능이 결여되어 Th2 보조 T세포 분화, 세포 표면 마커 발현, T세포 증식, IgE로의 면역글로불린 클래스 전환 및 IL-4 매개 증식의 부분적 손실을 보입니다.
STAT6 mRNA는 말초 혈액 림프구, 결장, 장, 난소, 전립선, 흉선, 비장, 신장, 간, 폐, 태반 등에서 검출됩니다.
STAT6는 Th2 면역 반응에 중요한 역할을 하며, IL-4 매개 생물학적 반응에 필수적입니다. STAT6는 STAT6a와 STAT6c 두 가지 동형 단백질 형태로 존재합니다.
