Target Information
STAT6 단백질은 사이토카인, 특히 인터루킨-4(IL-4)와 IL-13에 의해 활성화되는 전사 인자입니다. STAT6 결손 마우스(Stat6-/-)는 IL-4 매개 기능에 결핍되어 있으며, Th2 보조 T세포 분화, 세포 표면 마커 발현, T세포 증식, IgE로의 면역글로불린 클래스 전환 및 IL-4 매개 증식의 부분적 손실을 보입니다.
STAT6 mRNA는 말초 혈액 림프구, 대장, 장, 난소, 전립선, 흉선, 비장, 신장, 간, 폐 및 태반에서 검출되며, Th2 면역 반응에 중요한 역할을 합니다. STAT6는 IL-4 매개 생물학적 반응에 필수적이며, 자연적으로 STAT6a와 STAT6c 두 가지 아이소폼 형태로 존재합니다.
