Target Information
STAT6 단백질은 사이토카인, 특히 인터루킨-4(IL-4)와 IL-13에 의해 활성화되는 전사 인자입니다. STAT6 결손(Stat6-/-) 생쥐는 IL-4 매개 기능, Th2 보조 T세포 분화, 세포 표면 마커 발현, T세포 증식, IgE로의 면역글로불린 클래스 전환 등에 결함을 보입니다. STAT6 mRNA는 말초혈액 림프구, 대장, 장, 난소, 전립선, 흉선, 비장, 신장, 간, 폐, 태반 등에서 검출됩니다. STAT6는 Th2 면역 반응에 중요한 역할을 하며, IL-4 매개 생물학적 반응에 필수적입니다. 두 가지 주요 아이소폼인 STAT6a와 STAT6c 형태로 존재합니다.
