Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and expressed, and individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates.

Target Information
FOXP1 belongs to the forkhead box (FOX) transcription factor family, subfamily P. These transcription factors regulate tissue- and cell type-specific gene transcription during development and adulthood.
FOXP1 protein contains both DNA-binding and protein-protein interaction domains. It may function as a tumor suppressor, as it is lost in several tumor types and maps to chromosome region 3p14.1, which is associated with tumor suppressor genes.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
