Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information

NQO1 is a member of the NAD(P)H dehydrogenase (quinone) family and functions as a cytoplasmic 2-electron reductase. This FAD-binding protein forms homodimers and reduces quinones to hydroquinones, preventing the production of radical species.
Altered expression of NQO1 has been observed in various tumors and is associated with Alzheimer’s disease (AD).
