Target Information
eIF3D는 진핵 번역 개시 인자(eukaryotic translation initiation factor-3, eIF3) 복합체의 주요 구성 단백질 중 하나입니다. eIF3는 최소 13개의 다른 서브유닛으로 구성된 다단백질 복합체로, eIF3D는 40S 리보솜 소단위체에 결합하여 40S와 60S 리보솜 소단위체가 분리된 상태를 유지하도록 돕습니다. 또한 eIF3D는 eIF2/GTP/methionyl-tRNA 삼중 복합체와 상호작용하여 40S 개시 복합체 형성을 촉진하고, mRNA 결합을 유도합니다. eIF3D는 eIF3 복합체의 주요 RNA 결합 서브유닛으로, eIF-3의 p170 서브유닛과 결합합니다. 대부분의 조직에서 광범위하게 발현되며, DNA 손상 시 ATM 또는 ATR에 의해 인산화되는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
