Reconstitute the lyophilized antibody with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.

OX40 (CD134; TNFRSF4) is a T cell co-stimulatory molecule of the TNF receptor superfamily that coordinates with other co-stimulators (CD28, CD40, CD30, CD27 and 4-1BB) to manage immune activation.
OX40 is up-regulated on CD4+ and CD8+ T cells upon antigen engagement and co-stimulation. OX40 Ligand, expressed on antigen-presenting cells, enhances T cell survival, proliferation, and cytokine production while inhibiting conversion to regulatory T cells (Tregs).
OX40 signaling contributes to immune memory, allergic inflammation, graft-versus-host disease, and autoimmune disorders.
Mutations in OX40 and its ligand are associated with cardiovascular diseases.
This antibody is produced from a hybridoma generated by fusion of SP2/0 myeloma cells and B-lymphocytes from a mouse immunized with recombinant human OX40-His.
