Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Lysyl oxidase (LOX) is a copper-containing amine oxidase involved in the oxidation of primary amine substrates to reactive aldehydes.
It plays a critical role in the formation and repair of the extracellular matrix and exhibits multifunctional biological roles, including developmental regulation, tumor suppression, cell motility, and cellular senescence.
The secreted form of LOX is associated with the invasive properties of hypoxic cancer cells and is a key factor in hypoxia-induced metastasis, making it a potential therapeutic target for metastasis prevention and treatment.
