Product Specific Information

Anti-Adenosine Deaminase antibody is an IgG fraction purified from monospecific antiserum by delipidation, salt fractionation, and ion-exchange chromatography, followed by dialysis. Immunoelectrophoresis shows a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum and purified Adenosine Deaminase (Calf Spleen). Cross-reactivity with other tissues or species may occur but is not determined.
Target Information
Catalyzes the hydrolytic deamination of adenosine and 2-deoxyadenosine. Plays a key role in purine metabolism and adenosine homeostasis. Modulates extracellular adenosine signaling and contributes to T-cell coactivation.
