PA5-33236은 Mouse IgG2a 단클론 항체의 비특이적 결합을 측정하기 위한 음성 대조 시약으로 적합합니다. 일부 세포에서는 세포 내 염색에 부적합할 수 있습니다.
본 항체는 rat 세포 표면 마커를 인식하므로 rat 종에서는 음성 대조로 사용할 수 없습니다.
본 제품은 rat 비장세포에서 항체 활성 확인 및 human whole blood에서 음성 대조 적합성 테스트를 위해 정기적으로 검증됩니다. 또한 bovine, ovine, porcine, equine, canine, lapine, guinea-pig 조직에서도 음성 대조로 사용 가능합니다.
FACS 분석 시, 1×10⁶ 세포(100 µL)에 제안된 희석액 10 µL을 사용하십시오.
Target Information
Mouse IgG2a는 B 세포가 항원에 반응하여 생성하는 면역글로불린 G의 아형으로, 혈청 내 두 번째로 풍부한 IgG 서브타입입니다.
면역 반응에서 옵소닌화, 보체 활성화, 항체 의존성 세포독성에 관여하며, T 세포 활성화 및 B 세포 억제 등 면역 조절에도 참여합니다.
ELISA, Western blotting, immunohistochemistry 등 연구 및 진단용으로 널리 사용되며, 면역치료 및 백신 개발에도 활용됩니다.
