PA5-33237은 mouse monoclonal antibody IgG2a 동형의 비특이적 결합 측정을 위한 음성 대조 시약으로 사용됩니다.
일부 세포에서는 세포내 염색에 적합하지 않을 수 있습니다.
이 항체는 rat 세포 표면 마커를 인식하므로 rat 종에서는 음성 대조로 사용할 수 없습니다.

본 제품은 rat 비장세포에서 항체 활성 확인, human whole blood에서 음성 대조 적합성 평가를 위해 정기적으로 테스트됩니다.
또한 bovine, ovine, porcine, equine, canine, lapine, guinea-pig 조직에서도 음성 대조로 사용 가능합니다.

• 재구성: 1 mL 증류수로 재구성
• 보관: 재구성 후 4°C 암조건에서 희석하지 않고 보관
