Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
NR2C2 belongs to the nuclear hormone receptor family and functions as a ligand-activated transcription factor.
It contains an N-terminal transactivation domain, a central DNA-binding domain with two zinc fingers, and a C-terminal ligand-binding domain.
Upon activation, the receptor-ligand complex translocates to the nucleus and binds to hormone response elements in target genes.
