Target Information
GNLY (Granulysin) belongs to the saposin-like protein (SAPLIP) family and is localized in cytotoxic granules of T cells. It is released upon antigen stimulation and exhibits antimicrobial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis and other pathogens. GNLY is found in cytotoxic T lymphocytes and natural killer cells.
