CSF3R (CD114)는 colony stimulating factor 3 (G-CSF)의 수용체로, 과립구의 생성, 분화 및 기능을 조절하는 사이토카인 수용체이다. 이 단백질은 세포 표면의 부착 또는 인식 과정에도 관여할 수 있다. 네 가지 전사 변이체가 존재하며, 세 가지는 막 결합형이고 하나는 분비형이다.
