Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris 및 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C에서 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 열처리 과정이 필요합니다.
Target Information
TIMP-1과 TIMP-2는 matrix metalloproteinase(MMP) 패밀리의 억제 효소로, 결합 조직의 구조적 안정성 유지에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
TIMP-2는 72 kDa Type IV collagenase(MMP-2, gelatinase A)의 전구체 및 활성형 모두에 높은 결합 친화성을 보이며, 92 kDa Type IV collagenase(MMP-9, gelatinase B)의 활성형에도 결합합니다.
TIMP-2는 종양세포 및 정상 태반 영양막세포의 단백질 분해 침습성을 억제하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
