Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색 시, 10 mM Tris와 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 완충액에서 95°C에서 45분간 가열 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 항원 회복 과정이 필요합니다.
Target Information
TIMP-1과 TIMP-2는 matrix metalloproteinase(MMP) 패밀리의 억제 효소로, 결합 조직의 구조적 완전성을 유지하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다.
TIMP-2는 72 kDa Type IV collagenase (MMP-2, gelatinase A)의 전구체 및 활성형 모두에 높은 결합 친화성을 보이며, 92 kDa Type IV collagenase (MMP-9, gelatinase B)의 활성형에도 결합합니다.
TIMP-2는 종양 세포 및 정상 태반 영양막 세포의 단백질 분해성 침습을 억제합니다.
