For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CD79B (B cell antigen receptor Ig beta chain, BCR-Ig beta) forms a heterodimer with the Ig alpha chain to create a functional B cell receptor complex.
This complex interacts with membrane immunoglobulin (mIg), where the mIgM component binds antigen and the Ig alpha/Ig beta heterodimer transduces intracellular signals.
