  • For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
  • For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CD79b is the B cell antigen receptor Ig beta chain (BCR-Ig beta), which associates with the Ig alpha chain to form a functional heterodimer interacting with membrane immunoglobulin (mIg). The mIgM component binds antigen, and the Ig alpha / Ig beta heterodimer transduces signals.
