Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
PIKFYVE is a lipid kinase involved in regulating intracellular phosphatidylinositol phosphorylation. It produces PtdIns(3,5)P₂ and functions within a trimolecular complex with VAC14 and FIG4 to control endosomal membrane dynamics. PIKFYVE also exhibits protein kinase activity.
