Target Information
PKM2는 피루브산 키나아제로서 피루브산과 ATP로부터 인산엔올피루브산을 생성하는 반응을 촉매합니다. PKM2는 갑상선 호르몬과 상호작용하여 세포 대사에 영향을 미치며, Opa 단백질과 결합하여 세균의 부착 및 인간 세포 침입에 관여할 수 있습니다. 세 가지 대체 스플라이싱 전사 변형체가 보고되어 있으며, 두 가지 서로 다른 아이소폼을 암호화합니다.
