Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
PCSK9 is a proprotein convertase belonging to the proteinase K subfamily of the secretory subtilase family. It is synthesized as a soluble zymogen that undergoes autocatalytic intramolecular processing in the endoplasmic reticulum. PCSK9 plays a role in cholesterol homeostasis and may also be involved in cortical neuron differentiation.
